Our Board of directors is appointed by the general assembly and it is composed of three members.
The current Board is in office since July 31, 2008 until July 30, 2011.

Gino Maioli is President of FER Board of Directors since july 2008.
Formerly He was Councillor for Transportation policies for the "Provincia di Ravenna" (2001-2008) and Citycouncil man for the town of Ravenna.

Marco Spinedi - Board Member

Degree in political science, course on economics , specialized at ISTAO of Ancona and in the US. He is working as a freelancer in the fields of transport economics, intermodality and logistics. Since 2004 he is one of the main shareholders and member of the board of directors of Italmondo srl, a company that publishes, reviews such as ItaliaMondo and it is specialized in consulting and technical assistance for good transportation and logistics. Since march 2005 he is member of the scientific commitee and responsible for research activities on transportation and logistics of "Osservatorio Asia". He is board member of FER since august 2008 and member of A+Network, an association of freelancers and managers specialized in corporate consulting and research
